Terms of Service

(a) Acceptance. These terms govern your use of realestatecrm.top in any of its language editions. Browsing the site, running the quiz, or following one of our vendor links counts as acceptance of them.

(b) Commercial relationships and editorial control. Certain links on the site are affiliate links, and a subscription started through one of them may pay us a commission. That commission is paid by the vendor, never added to your price. Editorial control stays with us: rankings, scores, and the order of the tables are decided before any commercial discussion and cannot be bought. Where a vendor runs no affiliate programme at all, they are still listed on the same footing as the rest. Detail is in the Affiliate Disclosure.

(c) Nature of the content. What we publish is comparison journalism about CRM platforms built for real estate work. It is general information, not professional advice, and it takes no account of your brokerage's obligations, your contracts, or the licensing rules of your jurisdiction. Decisions taken on the strength of these pages remain yours.

(d) Currency of the information. Vendor plans, prices, seat minimums, and feature lists shift over time, and translated editions may lag the English one by a few days. We correct what we find, but the vendor's own site is the authority. Verify before purchase, and treat any figure here as indicative rather than contractual.

(e) Ownership. Text, ratings, comparison tables, illustrations, and the translations of them are our property or are licensed to us. You may quote briefly with attribution and a link. Bulk copying, mirroring, scraping into another comparison site, or reissuing our translations elsewhere requires our written consent.

(f) Exclusion of liability. The site is supplied on an as-is basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not answerable for direct, indirect, or consequential loss connected with your use of the site, with reliance on anything published on it, or with any dealings you subsequently have with a vendor.

(g) Revision. We may revise these terms whenever the site or the law requires it. The revised version applies from the moment it is posted here, and the date beneath the heading records when that was.
