Correction Policy

RealEstateCRM.top is committed to publishing accurate, up-to-date information about real estate CRM platforms. This Correction Policy describes how we handle errors and corrections.
Reporting an Error
If you find a factual error in any of our reviews, please email editorial@realestatecrm.top with:
- The URL of the page with the error
- The specific error and proposed correction
- A source we can verify (vendor pricing page, official documentation, etc.)
Response Time
We acknowledge correction requests within 1 business day and publish verified corrections within 5 business days. Material corrections (incorrect pricing, missing features, dead products) are prioritized.
Correction Notation
When we update a review with a correction, we note the change at the top of the page with the date and a brief description of what changed. We do not silently edit reviews to hide errors.
Routine Updates
Pricing and feature data is re-verified every 90 days. Minor updates (date refresh, typo fix, link rot) are not flagged as corrections.
