Editorial Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Editorial Policy describes how RealEstateCRM.top researches, tests, and publishes CRM reviews. We follow these standards to deliver honest, vendor-independent reviews that real estate professionals can trust.
Independence
No vendor pays for placement, ranking position, or favorable coverage. Our editorial team operates independently from our affiliate revenue team. Affiliate relationships are disclosed on every product page.
Testing Methodology
We do not run a field test, and we do not claim one. Every CRM on this site is assessed from what its vendor publishes: the pricing page, the trial terms, the support page, the app store listings and the integration documentation. We score 6 weighted criteria: Lead Capture and Routing (20%), Pipeline and Transaction Management (20%), Pricing Transparency (15%), Marketing Automation (15%), Mobile App Experience (15%), Integration Ecosystem (15%). The same weights apply to every vendor.
Source Verification
Prices, feature claims and integration counts are taken from the vendor own pages, not from third-party round-ups, and each carries the date it was checked. Where a vendor publishes no price, we say so rather than print a number. Facts are re-checked at least quarterly.
Reviewer Credentials
Reviews are written by the site editorial bench, led by Daniel Hartwell. We hold no real estate licence and do not present ourselves as practising agents: this site is a desk review of what CRM vendors publish, and it should be read as that.
Updates and Corrections
We update reviews quarterly and immediately upon material changes (pricing, features, ownership). If you find an error, email editorial@realestatecrm.top - see our Correction Policy.
